Author: Everytime that Christmas seasons is coming, people have been busy preparing for it. You can see people going to malls to buy gifts for their love ones. I as the bread winner of the family had decided to do those buying stuffs on the first week of December, knowing that it’ll be easy then. Seeing all the cars occupying the lanes when I pass by a mall gives me an idea that many people have been rushing to stall to stall; creating commotions and panic buying for gifts.
Since then, I was having my Christmas shopping done on time where people in malls where few because buying gifts must not be a rush. These gifts are very important to the ones that you are giving it. Like some of my nephews request which is a playstation for each one of them. While some of my aunts and uncles told me that they would love to have a Louis Vuitton accessories, Adidas shoes, NFL jerseys and many more. Giving them their request gift was a heart melting to me because when they receive it, they sometimes cry because of joy. Preparing and buying gifts must have lots of time and never a rush to me. I must also think that it is sometime not just a rush but a headache because of the money that I’ll spend because my nephews where so many.
I liked wearing sexy clothes, they make me feel more feminine and showing a bit of flesh gives me the attention I want from the opposite sex. I know how men like girls in sexy, revealing outfits. This is the reason why I never liked winter. I had to wear layers of thick and baggy clothes just to stay warm. I also hated my boots that was so dull and boring. Boring and dull clothes makes me feel boring and dull as well.
A friend of mine helped me with my problem, she took me to a store that sells UGG boots, the boots were fashionable and comes with different colors and designs, and the look good on jeans. Aside from that, they were also perfect for my budget. And since I can’t wear sexy, revealing clothes, I had to find a way to make myself attractive. And the answer is accessories. The handbags I bought via the internet, were fabulous, I can feel people looking at them, and the best part, they were just replica handbags of designers like Gucci and Chanel. Even the watch that I bought from replica watches, gets so much attention, and ever since I got them, I get so many compliments from friends and relatives. They were so close to being genuine that no one ever notices that they’re not. My mom is unlike any other moms. She liked dressing up and she’s updated on what’s in and hot in the fashion industry. I really looked up to her and most of the time, I ask her opinion about clothes, shoes and accessories. Another thing I liked about my mom, is her sense of style, she always buy designer clothes, not because they were expensive, but because of their quality, authenticity, timeless and cool designs. She’s not the type who would settle for less quality, she’s willing to pay more for the best quality clothes, shoes and accessories.
Most of my mom’s shirts, knit tanks, classic shirts, skirts and dresses, even her scarves and sleepwear, are from Abercrombie and Fitch. There are various styles and designs available suited to fit your preference and mood. Her jeans and denims are from True Religion jeans, with its high quality, American-made, great fitting and 1970’s inspired jeans wear, and it’s a must-have in my mom’s closet. Aside from denims and jeans, she also have footwear, headwear and fragrance from True Religion jeans. But my favorite part of my mom’s wardrobe are her Gucci shoes, they looked great on anything, may it be jeans or skirt, they add that elegant and sexy factor in any outfit. Every time my mom goes out of the house, you can’t tell that she’s married and have two kids by just the way she looks. She’s still sexy and fashionable for a mom.
My mother was at the kitchen table making her list of names for Christmas. I asked her how was it coming along, and she said not good. She simply did not know what gifts to give for Christmas. I asked her why? Well, she said I already gave this and gave that on the previous years, she wanted to give something new this Christmas. Something she never gave before, but it should also be cheap Christmas gifts.
I sat down with her and started thinking of Christmas gift ideas. I suggested mugs, towels, picture frames, stuffed animals, bath and body products, ornaments, jewelry box, scented candles, pens, etc. But with no luck, she already had given those gifts and Christmas decor. We were about to give up and settle for bath towels when she looked at the fruit basket on top of the counter, she smiled and said “I got it”. We stood up and headed for the supermarket. My mother decided to make personalized Christmas gifts baskets for Christmas. We bought different sizes of baskets, gourmet candy, fruits, and other small items. She arranged each basket personally, placing each item according to the person’s taste. After putting the gift tag on the last basket, she stood up, stretched her arms and said, “I’m done for this Christmas”.
